Returns:
- Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear)
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Items that are final sale or you purchase on sale cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items (any item discounted 30% or more from full retail price)
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
- If you have to exchange an item due to it not fitting, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to return the item and for us to send another item.
- If you decide an item doesn't work for you and want to exchange it for store credit, you are responsible for the shipping fee of the returned item.
- We will not send the exchanged item until we have received your original item back in new condition.
